Price Philanthropies’ City Heights’ real estate work began in 1994 with the construction of the Urban Village, a public and private collaboration that developed commercial and residential space including a library and recreational facilities.
Over the years, Price continued to work with public and private partners to develop many other properties, including Rosa Parks Elementary School, a police sub-station, affordable housing, health clinics, and the Copley/Price Family YMCA.

The Mid-City Family & Senior Apartments is a 100% affordable housing development featuring 78 family units and 117 senior units that is expected to be completed in mid-2022 in collaboration with Chelsea Investment Corp. and Serving Seniors.*
